speaking as a young person, I would say patience, keeping an open mind, and determination are my biggest virtues.
pride, yes, but be careful with that one. having too little is dangerous for your mental health, but too much is dangerous to your mind, emotions, life style, etc. if there is every a happy medium that needs to be found, it is here.
