Hello:
the equation is : y = ax+b
the slope is a : a×(4/9) = -1......( perpendicular to a line with a slope of 4/9)
a = - 9/4 y=(-9/4)x+b
the line that passes through (4, 3) : 3 = (-9/4)(4)+b
b = 12
the equation is : y = (-9/4)x+12
