When multiplying fractions, multiply the numerators of the two fractions and divide it by the denominators of the two fractions.

In this case, you get (-6*3) / (11*4)
= -18/44

To simplify, divide both 18 and 44 by their greatest common factor, which is 2.
Doing this, you get -9/22.

-9/22
