Length: (h+3)

Width: (h+10)

1) Let's find out the length and width by factoring the whole expression

h²+13h+30 Wich are the two numbers whose sum is 13 and product 30?

h²+13h+30

3 + 10 = 13

3 x 10 = 30

h²+13h+30 = (h+3)(h+10)

2) So we can rewrite that quadratic expression as (h+3)(h+10)

3) Hence, the answer is

Length: (h+3)

Width: (h+10
