In hexadecimal, the number is expressed in 16 digits(the value would be 0-15). The digit varies from 0-9 for first 10 digits, then A-F for 6 last digits.Number 21 would be equal to 16+5. the first 16 is expressed as "1" and 5 is expressed as 5 so the answer would be  0x15
