754/13 = 58 miles
That would mean Sam drove 58 miles per hour.
58 • 9 = 522 miles
So in 9 hours at the same rate, Sam would drive 522 miles.

Divide 754 by 13 and you get 58
Now multiply by 9 and you get 522 miles.
