B. To find for the total earning before expenses:

total earning = $42 + $0.75 * 120

To find the answer for how many cards were sold take the amount per card that she made a profit on which is $.35 multiply that by the amount she profited in one week which is $42. $.35 x $42 equals 120 cards sold.
