No, integers are the counting numbers ex -1, 0, 1... There are only fractions in between 0 and 1 which means there are no integers

No because 0 and 1 are whole numbers which also classifies as an integer. So basically if there are no whole numbers between the numbers, there are also no integers between the numbers.
