The best answer is fine-dining. There are normally 3 to four waitresses per 3-5 tables. and or 12-15 people. and depending on how many tables the restaurant has.... that's a lot of employees to pay!

I think the answer is fine dining. Because if it is a fancy restaurant they want to have as many people to cater to each customer
