Question a:

When t = 0 ⇒ the height is 2 feet
When t = 1 ⇒ the height is 4 feet
When t = 2 ⇒ the height is 6 feet

For every one second, the height increase by 2 feet

Question b:
The speed is given by height ÷ time
Total height = 8 - 2 = 6 feet
Total time = 3 - 0 = 3 seconds
Speed = 6÷3 = 2 feet per seconds

Question c:
The velocity is positive as the height increase along the increase in time

Question d:
The velocity is the rate of change in speed. The speed increases 2 feet for every 1 second, so the velocity is 2 feet/s
