First, add all the numbers to find the total amount of eggs that were used.

Then, add the numbers on the "hatched" row and divide it by the total number of eggs to find the ratio of hatched eggs to the total amount of eggs. Multiply that ratio times 100 to find a percentage.

The total amount of eggs was:

6+19+14+11+23+2=75

The total amount of hatched eggs was:

6+14+23=43

The ratio of hatched eggs to the total number of eggs, is:

(43)/(75)

Therefore, the percentage of eggs that hatched, is:

(43)/(75)\cdot100\text{ \%}\approx57.3\text{ \%}
