Since every cup measures 240 mL, then the total volume would be:

Total volume = 2.5 cups * 240 mL/cup = 600 mL

One milliliter is just equivalent to one cubic centimeter. So, simply multiple the total volume to the density to determine the mass:

Mass = 1 g/cm³ * 600 cm³ = 600 g water
