-6a^6 - 12a^5 +9a^3 Is the answer

-3a^2 (4a^3-3a+2a^4) You distribute -3a^2

-3a^2 X 4a^3 = -12a^5

-3a^2 X -3a = 9a^3

-3a^2 X 2a^4 = -6a^6

You would order this in so the highest exponent is in the front
-6a^6 - 12a^5 +9a^3
