I'm assuming ya want us to simplify
(y^3)^5*y^4

reemember some exponential rules

(a^b)^c=a^(bc)

(a^b)(a^c)=a^(b+c)

so

(y^3)^5*y^4=

y^(15)*y^4=

y^(15+4)=

y^(19)
