You want to get more physically fit but often make excuses for why you don't have time to be active. What strategy can help with this problem? Find an activity you enjoy and make it a priority in your schedule Wait to exercise until you are in the mood so you won't make excuses Cut back on calories on days you are not motivated to be physically active Only exercise at the end of the day so you are consistent every day

Of all the answer choices given I would have to say..

Find an activity you enjoy and make it a priority in your schedule.

It's hard to do an activity when you don't want to do it. It only makes you want to cut it out of your schedule. And prioritizing is also helpful, that way you can get what's important done (exercising)

Good Luck! :) <3
