Hine's photographs in early 1900's transform a society. His photographs used to change child labor in United State. He documents the everyday life of child laborers and bears the difficult situation of every child to the public. Hine believed that if people see the mistreat and injustice they would desire law to end it. In 1904 the National Labor Committee was formed to end child labor.
