How did the population of a state affect a delegate's view on whether representation should be equal for each state or based on population? select one:

a. states with a large population often wanted equal representation to avoid too many conflicting views in the representation of their state.
b. states with fewer people wanted equal representation so that states with larger populations would not have more power.
c. states with fewer people wanted representation by population so that their relatively small population would not be overburdened by costly elections.
d. all delegates from large and small states were glad to compromise on the issue of representation?
