teh answer here would be B because it says that speed is a SKILL RELATED fitness meaning that you would need skills to perform a task with speed and with that skill means that you could complete a task in a short amount of time, for example: a worker that can perform a task speedily means that that he/she can complete the task in the shortest amount of time (and maybe get a promotion)
