A number of scientific form would be 3.3 * 10^4
I we multiply this by 2 * 10^5 we add the exponents in the normal way
3.3 * 10^4 * 2 * 10^5 = 6.6 * 10(5+4) = 6.6 * 10^9
Division 6.6 * 10^9 / 3.3 * 10^4 = 2 * 10(9-4) = 2 * 10^5
