The formula for area of a trapezoid is (b1+b2)/2*h
(5+x)/2*18= 180
Divide bith sides by 18
(5+x)/2=10
Multiply both sides by 2
5+x=20
Subtract 5 from both sides
x=15
Final answer: 15 cm
