There are 13 clubs, but total 52 cards in a deck
red-suited jack = 2, queen = 2, king = 2 , or ace = 2

so 13 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 21

the probability that the card is a club, or that the card is a red-suited jack, queen, king, or ace = 21/52

answer: C. third choice 21/52
