socket FM1
The socket FM1 was introduced in July 2011. It is used for mid-class and budget AMD desktop computers using 32nm technology. Physically, it is a 31x31 grid with 13 holes missing from the corners, a 7 x 5 rectangle removed from the center and 8 more holes omitted, giving 31*31 - 13 - 7*5 - 8 = 905 holes.
