What does plato say is the responsibility of the enlightened person, and what reasoning does he provide throughout the text to prove his point?

According to plato, they shall go to the world of the senses (the ignorant people) to instruct or make the ignorant people discovery knowledge by asking and answering questions. Plato basically said that enlightened person cannot use their knowledge only for their own, because if they do that, the knowledge will die with them when they entered their grave.
