-f(x) reflects f(x) over x-axis

f(x + 2) horizontally translates f(x) 2 units to the left

f(x) - 4, vertically translates f(x) 4 units down

Then, g(x) reflects x², horizontally translates it 2 units to the left and vertically translates it 4 units down, as follows:
