Answer: Each pizza costs $7.46.

Explanation:

Given : Pizzas ordered : 12 pepperoni pizzas, 8 cheese pizzas, and 4 Hawaiian pizzas.

Total pizzas ordered : 12+8+4=24

Delivery fee = $5.50

Total Cost = $184.54

The cost of 24 pizzas = Total cost - Delivery fee

The cost of 24 pizzas= $184.54 - $5.50 = $179.04

If every pizza was the same amount.

Then, the cost of one pizza = Cost of 24 pizzas divided by 24

= $179.04÷ 24 =$ 7.46

Hence, Each pizza costs $7.46.

Let

x-------> the cost of each pepperoni pizza

y-------> the cost of each cheese pizza

z-------> the cost of each Hawaiian pizza

we know that

12x+8y+4z+5.50=184.54 ------> equation A

y=x -----> equation B

z=x -----> equation C

Substitute equation B and equation C in equation A

12x+8x+4x+5.50=184.54

solve for x

24x=184.54-5.50

x=179/24

x=\$7.46

therefore

the answer is

\$7.46
