Draw a diagram in which the intersection of angle AEF and angle DPC = ray ED

This is possible as shown in the illustration in the attached picture. By definition, a ray has a point on one end, and extending infinitely as a line on the other end. The common ray is ED with points A and P located in between. As you can see, the intersection of the two angles is created by two parallel segments and a traversing ray ED.
