Answer: 46

T is the midpoint of PQ, so PT = TQ

PT = TQ
7x+4 = 9x-8
4+8 = 9x-7x
12 = 2x
2x = 12
x = 12/2
x = 6

Since x = 6, we know that
PT = 7*x + 4
PT = 7*6 + 4
PT = 42 + 4
PT = 46
