The pool and the no slip surface around it form a rectangle
with:
length = 15 ft + 3 ft + 3ft = 21 ft
width = 12 ft + 3 ft + 3ft = 18 ft
The perimeter of this rectangle is 21 ft +21 ft +18 ft +18 ft = 78 ft
Answer: 78 ft
