Our constitution has a system of checks and balances so that no particular branch can become too strong and overtake the others. It also makes sure the best things for the people are happening and that the process is done in an efficient manner.

Our constitution created a system of checks and balances to insure that no one branch of government becomes too strong and be able to control all of the government
