I believe that the option which is not a component of a standard housing lease is purchasing homeowner's insurance.
I do't think this is even mentioned as part of your lease because you can choose to buy another type of insurance from someone else. However, types of pets and whether they are even allowed, monthly rent, and the repairs which are your responsibility can all be found in a lease.
