Since you know angle CBD is equal to angle DBE, you can put their measures equal to each other. This would result in 60=x+10. Solving this would yield x=50. Now angle is is x+5 degrees and you know what x is. 50+5 would be 55 degrees.

Start with finding angle B. The problem tells you that angle CBD and DBE are equal, which means that 60=x+10. Subtract 10 from both sides and you get x=50. Now we're going to assume that x is equal no matter where it is in the problem, so plug 50 in for x to find angle a. 50+5=55. So angle B=60, angle A=55.
