P = 2(L + W)
P = 56
L = 2W - 5
56 = 2(2W - 5 + W)
56 = 2(3W - 5)
56 = 6W - 10
56 + 10 = 6W
66 = 6W
66/6 = W
11 = W <=== width is 11 inches
L = 2W - 5
L = 2(11) - 5
L = 22 - 5
L = 17 <=== length is 17 inches
