The equation is
18650=33700-2150x
Where x is the number of years
Solve the equation for x to find how many years will the car's value be $18,650
First move terms
2150x=33700-18650
Subtract the numbers
2150x=15050
Divide both sides by 2150
X=15050/2150
X=7 years
Hope it helps!
