Answer : His acceleration is,
-3.3m/s^2

Explanation :

By the 1st equation of motion,

v=u+at ...........(1)

where,

v = final velocity = 0 m/s

u = initial velocity = 10 m/s

t = time = 3 s

a = acceleration = ?

Now put all the given values in the above equation 1, we get:

0m/s=10m/s+a* (3s)

a=-3.3m/s^2

Therefore, his acceleration is,
-3.3m/s^2
