How to find the angle of a non right triangle with its sides?

Essentially, you find the cos, sin, or tangeant of each angle. Take, for example, sin. It's opposite/hypotenuse, so you plug that in for an angle and find that sinx=for example, 3/4. After that, you'd find arcsin (3/4) and that's your angle!
