What were the reasons for the revolts and rebellions that occurred in the colonies of virginia, maryland, massachusetts, and new york between 1660 and 1700? how were these rebellions resolved?

The expanding colony was pushing the limitations the Englishmen had established with the natives. The natives got heated and decided to get back at them by attacking the plantations and killing the plantation workers. The rebellions were shut down by those in charge of the governments but it took a while to make them discontinue.
