Name 4 items sold in a French Market that would be hard to find in the U.S.

Four items hard to find on the U.S

non pasteurized cheese/ fromage non pasteurisé
non pasteurized milk (coming straight from the farm)
real French bread (he flour isn't the same) and all the varieties we have
store which we call "poissonnerie", fish shop with fishes fresh from the day....

in fact every thing you find in huge supermarkets, it's possible in little shops, one for butchery, one for bread, one for fish......

They are also specialities from every part of France /: Les calissons d'Aix (sweets from Aix en Provence), les Violettes de Toulouse (sweet from Toulouse with a taste and looking like a violet)
La choucroute speciality from the city of Strasbourg in Alsace , east of France
and many more !!!
