-12x + 13x
If this is hard for you to solve, just switch the numbers.
13x - 12x
This gives you 1x, so the answer will be simply x.

-12x + 13x
Since both numbers have the same variable (x), then all you need to do is add the numbers together, and totally just ignore the variable.
What is -12 + 13?
-12 + 13 = 1
So, -12x + 13x = x
