Which of the following will result in a rational answer?

A. multiplying pie by a fraction
B. adding the square root of a non perfect square to a whole number
C. adding the square root of a perfect square to pie
D. multiplying a fraction by a repeating decimal.

The correct answer is D
(any fraction) * (any decimal) = rational answer
For example: (3/5) * 0.11111(1)= rational
PS: any fraction is a rational number if a nominator is an integer and a denominator is a natural number
