Based on the information on the label, what is the maximum amount of sodium (i.e., salt) an average person should consume in one day? How did you arrive at your answer?

i think that it means you should only drink what it says on the can, like if it says 2 cans within 48 hours. then its most likely that its becuase thats what is healthy for you.
