W + L = 117
W = 3L + 13

3L + 13 + L = 117
4L + 13 = 117
4L = 117 - 13
4L = 104
L = 104/4
L = 26 <=== 26 losses

W = 3L + 13
W = 3(26) + 13
W = 78 + 13
W = 91 <=== 91 wins
