The sum of a number times 5 and 28 is less than 29

Since you know that b can't be 1 since 5+28 is over 29, b should be 0 or a negative number. Since you wouldn't be able to find the exact amount of b, you could write b=≤0 since the answer is 0 or anything lower. :) Hope this helped you understand
