What is a natural number

Natural numbers include all the whole numbers, and even 0... they can not be fractions, or negative numbers.

The set of counting numbers {1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 ...} is called the set of natural numbers. The natural numbers begin at 1 and go on indefinitely.
