Just do PEMDAS


parentheses \\ exponents \\ multiplication \\ division \\ addition \\ subtraction

In this problem we're using:
parentheses and
division

So, (
64 ÷ -4) ÷ (-
2)

(64)/(-4) = -16
Problem becomes:
(-16)/(-2)
Answer:
8
