n=number of chairs in each row
amount he has at first=9 tiems n+reminder (3) or 9n+3
the 2nd times, he has 7 rows and reminder 19 so 7n+19
same amount of chair throught so
9n+3=7n+19
minus 7 both sides
2n+3=19
minus 3 both sides
2n=16
divide both sides by 2
n=8
total he has is 9n+3=9(8)+3=72+3=75
he has 75 chairs
