I can't quite decide what this is asking or how to respond. I think it roughly means "What do you advise a friend who eats bad food to do?" but I would like to be sure!¿Qué le aconsejas a un amigo que viene mucha comida mala para la salud?

You'd tell him/her to rethink the food choices he/she makes. Otherwise he/she will suffer the consequences.
