L = 2w+9

90 = 2(2w+9) + 2W

90 = 4W+18 +2W

90 = 6W +18

72 = 6w

w = 72/6 = 12

l = 2*12+9 = 33

2x12 = 24, 2x33 = 66, 66+24 = 90

Length = 33 inches

Width = 12 inches
