Id say B, 0.068. You take 6, multiply it by 9, and then add it to the top of the fraction. (6 x 9) + 7 = 61/9. 61/9 = 6.78%, which needs to be divided by 100 to be a decimal. 6.78/100 = .0678, which rounds to .068
