Recall that one of the laws of exponebt states that

\sqrt[n]{x^m} =x^{ (m)/(n) }

Thus,

\sqrt[4]{ (x^(24)y^(20))/(81) } = \frac{x^{ (24)/(4)} y^{ (20)/(4)}}{ \sqrt[4]{81} }} = (x^6y^5)/(3)
