\cfrac{ √(-4) }{(3+i)-(2+3i)} = \cfrac{ 2i}{3+i-2-3i} = \cfrac{ 2i}{1-2i}= \cfrac{ 2i(1+2i)}{(1-2i)(1+2i)}= \\\\=\cfrac{ 2i-4}{1+4}= \cfrac{ -4+2i}{5}
